Where are you located?
We are located at 13350 Dallas Pkwy #3600, Dallas, TX 75240 (Located inside Please Come Home).

What are your hours?
We are open from 10AM – 8PM from Monday to Saturday, and 12PM – 6PM on Sunday.
NOTE: HOLIDAY HOURS WILL CHANGE

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges at all; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are prepared for shipping within 1 – 2  business days after your place it. Once a label has been created you will receive a shipping confirmation. Orders will take typically between 1 – 4 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Why was my order canceled?
There are several reasons for an order being canceled.  Please note that Private Selection reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Are all of the items you sell authentic?
Private Selection carries only 100% authentic inventory.  We do not accept fakes or counterfeits.  We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, as we have a few in-house authentication specialists who inspect all product that is taken in and put up for sale.

When will you restock an item that is sold out?
Restocks of styles and/or sizes depends on the availability within our network of sellers. We cannot predict when a shoe will be back in inventory or available in a specific size.

Do you do consignment and/or payout?
We only do payout, we do not accept consignments.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately for the time being we do not ship internationally.

What are the steps to sell shoes to Private Selection?
Many sellers call about their items and may often get a price off the bat, but not every time. You can also bring your items to our store in person.

Do you accept previously owned shoes?
We do NOT accept used shoes. Deadstock only.

Can I do Local Pickup when placing an online order?
Once you are checking out, it will give you the option to pickup in-store.

Can I have different billing AND shipping addresses when placing an online order?
If your billing and shipping addresses are different, your order will either fail or be canceled. THE ADDRESSES MUST BE IDENTICAL.

Do I have to verify my identity when placing an online order?
Yes, an extra security protocol must be taken in order to complete the order. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email asking for your driver’s license and the debit/credit card you used to make the purchase. THE NAME AND ADDRESS MUST CORRESPOND TO WHAT IS ON THE ONLINE ORDER, otherwise your order will be canceled. This is strictly for the card holder and our safety.
